・Why am I sleepy…?
Nicotine includes materials which arouse the brain, and because there is a deficiency of those arousing materials while quitting smoking, you become sleepy.
Getting sleepy while quitting smoking is a sign that the body is returning to normality. There are individual differences, but sleepiness gradually abates in about several weeks to months.

・How do I cope with this…?
It’s not necessarily especially effective, but the basis is to live a well-regulated lifestyle.
In addition, taking a nap, and taking in caffeine from tea or coffee. However, please take care as drinking too much coffee can harm your stomach.
Drinking water is also good for refreshing your mood.
